Eligibility Criteria for obtaining NSIC Registration

For everybody who is willing to register his/her enterprise under NSIC needs to satisfy the following criteria:

  • Every Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) consisting of UdyogAadhaar Memorandum (UAM)/EM- Part II (Optional) can obtain NSIC registration under its Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS).
  • MSEs already engaged in production but haven’t accomplished one year of existence can get Provisional Registration Certificate under Single Point Registration Scheme. It is provided with the monetary limit of Rs. 5 lakh which stands valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Documents Required for NSIC Registration in India

  • PAN Card
  • Certificate of Company’s Incorporation.
  • MOA (Memorandum of Association) & AOA (Articles of Association) of the Company.
  • Copy of acknowledgement of MSME/SSI Registration.
  • Declaration from the Director/Proprietor/Proprietor who don’t have any connection with any large scale unit.
  • Details of plant & machinery such as the original value of the asset, date of purchase, etc.;
  • Details of finished goods and raw materials in stock;
  • Copy of ISO 9000 (if any);
  • Copy of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) License, if applicable
  • Self-attested ownership documents;
  • Banker’s report pertaining to the applicant’s financial status
  • Trading Account, Audited Balance Sheet, Profit and loss
  • List of cities/places where the services will be rendered;
  • Form A obtained from the Registrar of Firms;
  • Other documents, as requested.
